MEET YOUR GUIDES
Ayalla Queiroz is an Ayurveda Therapist certified by “Associação Luso-Brasileira de Medicina Ayurvédica”, with specialization in Ayurvedic Clinic by Yoga Brahma Vidiyalaya School. She also studied Phytotherapy at USP and did several courses and workshops about aromatherapy and flower essence therapy. With a vast experience and using a holistic approach, your main goal is that your clients achieve autonomy and become their own health master.
Yoga Teacher & Vegan Chef
Caroline is a Psychologist who worked for many years with Human Resources. At some point she finally decided to follow her heart and headed to Bali to study yoga and vegan culinary. Right after, life brought her to Mexico City, where she could idealize and put in place some projects in the field, while conciliating teaching and cooking in events in Italy and Brazil. In 2019, she moved to Portugal, where she initially worked as chef for “My Mother’s Daughters”, a plant-based restaurant in Lisbon. Now, she keeps managing plant-based cooking and yoga classes and workshops, with great focus on short retreats and private events.
